Shipping Policy

It takes 1-3 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping method you choose. We ship Monday through Friday, except weekends and holidays.

If we are unable to process your order due to an incorrect or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order may be delayed.

Delivery times:

7-15 business days( To US/CANADA), Rest of World 10-20 business days.

***Delivery time usually depends on the duration of customs clearance, which may vary from country to country.

Sometimes delivery times vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

IR disputes/strikes
Time of year (e.g. vacation season)
Large or bulky items
Failure of the shipping service provider
If any of the above situations occur with your package, we promise to keep you updated with as much information as possible.

We cannot guarantee that you will not be charged duties or taxes. You are responsible for all applicable duties, tariffs, taxes and fees imposed by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for information on fees for packages leaving your country.

NOTE: In very rare cases, international shipping to some countries may take 4-6 weeks, or possibly longer for slow delivery countries such as Brazil, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands and Romania. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country. Delivery to some countries may require additional shipping charges due to geographic location.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address is correct. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict delivery deadlines. Please verify the address you provide, as we CANNOT be held responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

If your order is already in process or has been shipped, we cannot change the address, we can only wait to see if the package is returned to us. If it is, we can arrange a new delivery again. And refund will not be granted due to the wrong address that buyer provided.


Our Shipping Policies :

  • ARTROPAD cannot cancel your order when the package is already on its way to you.
  • Unreasonable CANCEL REQUEST or REFUND will not be granted by ARTROPAD after 24 hours after the purchase is made.
  • Customers need to pay an extra cost of $12 – applied when the package is failed to deliver and the customer wants the shipping courier to deliver it again from the nearest warehouse to their address.
  • Customs and taxes are not ARTROPAD responsibility.
